After wearing my current shoes and competing in numerous races in the pst few weeks I think back to my experience at the athletes foot in tuggeranong. I had a great experience a few weeks ago, my fit technician, Daniel, gave me the shoe experience of a lifetime!

Great service with Lockie. Good shoe and general running recommendations.

They have a fantastic machine that tracks your stride and shows where your weight is distributed during your step to ensure you get the right kind of shoe. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, and trained in how to interpret what the machine was indicating. The shoes aren't cheap, but definitely worth the $. The shoe the assistant chose based on the tracker was perfect. Very happy.

Whilst buying shoes at your Tuggeranong store today, a staff member started to serve us then abandoned my daughter with a box of shoes and me and went on to finish start and finish sales with 2 other families without returning to us. He gave us a box of about the right size with only one shoe in the box said "put them on" then we never saw him again. 30 minutes we were waiting for someone to come back to us and when we approached the 2nd associate, we were spoken to in a coarse manner stating "You are already beingng served, he will come back when he is ready."  When we finally found someone who would help us check the size the new associate had to go and find the 2nd shoe to finish trying them on. The only reason I ended up buying shoes at all from the Athletes Foot this time was the fact my daughter was so excited to get her first pair of shoes for big school. I didn't want to spoil that for her but going forward never again to athlete's foot.

Worst service ever. Disinterested staff who try serving multiple customers with multiple children at one time. No advice or solutions offered. Wasted close to an hour in there before leaving empty handed.

Good fast service had plenty of stock and the staff were very knowledgeable about the shoes and getting the right fit

I have large wide feet, they got me the perfect fit. Proffessional service!
