Happy with the friendly help from both woden ans city store. My husband purchased a pair of shoes and he took them out of the box at the hotel. The hotel cleaners grabbed and throw the box out. However he wanted to change the size but now not having the box we were upset and unsure if we could change the shoes not having the box. But the lovely staff spoke to their managers and allowed us to change the sizes ☺
