Its a very nice hotel that was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area had beautiful trees, making it a great place to relax. The hotel also had a good pool and spa.nnI would recommend the hotel to change all the light bulbs, even the ones that are not easily reachable, such as those on top of the moldings and by the stairs..
Nice hotel. The plants and the views to the central courtyard gave it a cool tropical feel. It's working walking distance of bars and restaurants, which is a plus.nnThe only relatively minor negative is the shower situation. The showers are very nice and modern but you have to be very careful not to stand over the drain otherwise you'll flood the place. There is signage to warn you, but I imagine some people don't notice it or like me it slips their mind.
We had booked a Deluxe Spa Room, which was okay, the room was a decent size but didn't expected the spa is faulty or a kind of useless. Actually it was very small and was a corner tub of spa were the Jets were not functioning properly and they were very fast that the whole bathroom was wet and all hairs coming out from the spa outlets, so was worst that we could not relax in a so called spa bath. And the hotel is very old and swimming pool has Jacuzzi which was not even at room temperature and the pool was cold water. I would not recommend for this hotel.
No sunday service. Took over an hour for several customers to get their keys. The plumbing goes through the walls . Consistenly hearing toilets flushing and showers draining. No cleaning or fresh towels with out finding a worker. Not good
Very clean and quiet. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. There was a wedding party staying so parking was tight. I arrived late afternoon But got a park. A little hard to find but i don't know the area. There are flags outside which helped. Pool looked clean and nice but we didn't get a chance to use it.nI do have suggestions for the owner but by no means are a criticism. 1. Supply more towels. There was one towel each for the in room spa, shower and pool. but you can get towels from reception, however they close really early n2. The beds and pillows are average uncomfortable, old firm. They need updating. However they were clean.n3. Upgrade to a smart TVn4. Maybe supply mugs as well as cups.nWe will be back. Thank you for a hassle free stay.
