Terrible customer service.  Purchased a bookcase (not available to view in Showroom despite two enquiries 6 months apart) that store staff advised/assured us was a high quality piece and not 'tacky' - having received the piece I can advise that it is not of a particularly high quality (low to middling would be my assessment) and that it has a very rough rustic finish - making it look very 'tacky' - which was not indicated by the staff at the store nor apparent in the pictures of the item.  We feel very misled.
The only offer to resolve was to send out a french polisher which is one of the more creative responses I've ever received from a customer service team but that will not up the quality of the bookcase to match our solid timber floors and other bespoke joinery not did it address how misleading the staff were.
Bookcase will be available from a Salvos store soon, we're certainly not keeping the eyesore!!!!!

Worst ever after service. Bought a couch from Keeki about 2 years ago and the threads are opening up. Contacted service team 3 times, sent request and still no reply 4 weeks later !  Definitely worth going to Harvey Norman instead. Never ever shopping with these guys. Save your money people, you’ll find a better deal elsewhere and get far better service !

Even does not worth 1 star!!! After 10 weeks of waiting, they gave me a delivery quotation $110 and they said it is high quality delivery. The delivery team called me after I called them to follow up and surprisingly they said they can deliver my orders a week later (3 business days). That's ridiculous and a real rip-off for that price. 
It was my first and definitely my last purchase from these guys...

The lady who put my order through the register at this store was a condescending smartass.
At a time where everyone shops online you would think stores would go above and beyond to be friendly. Not this store.
Love Keeki furniture & decor - don't love the staff at this store.

I was so shocked. Today I took time off work to come into this store. Specifically wanting to look at a painting to confirm its colours before I purchased it as a white painting. White can be quite deceiving online to what your expectations are. So I wanted to be sure. I looked around the store could not find the art. Went to the counter the lady was more interested in telling the other people sale prices although they can read the sign and finally served me. I explained to her and showed her a pic on my phone of which painting I wanted. She looked it up and cut me off while I was speaking. She then told me its not here but somewhere else. I said can you get it sent down so I can look. No she said not unless you buy it. I said I don't wanna buy it unless I like it, how do I know without seeing it properly she said its the same as the photo online, I explained that whites do change depending on lighting and photos and so on ... she poo pooed this stuck up her noose and said theres nothing else I could do. My co-worker was shocked as well. So my co-worker told me about Harvey Norman and West Elm and advised they are very friendly and I went an bought 2 paintings with them! I also work in Insurance and refer a lot of my clients to come to you guys when there furniture is damaged now, I will be suggesting they stay clear and suggesting West Elm.- Further to this previous post. I also sent my complaints in via the web to the store in question. I have since received fantastic service from the Manager Jessica there who could not do enough to explain, listen to my complaints and advise how she was taking action and how she could help. They have ordered in the painting and I am due to go in the store today to view the piece. The honest and lovely service I have received from the manager really redeemed any tough experience in the store I  had previously, as I do understand sometimes stuff does happen due to unknown circumstances. It is great to see a store taking on constructive feedback and really trying to make a more positive experience from there customers feedback.
