We purchased a couch from Plush Dandenong yesterday and came home and realized it wouldn’t fit through the door. Went back to see Chelsea, who is absolutely amazing, she not only allowed us to cancel previous order but she help us pick the most perfect couch for our room. Chelsea was amazing. Super friendly and helpful and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother, even though original order was our mistake. Thanks Chelsea .
Was really happy when the couch arrived, but unfortunately within a week the padding in one spot was completely flat. They very promptly sent someone out to check and confirmed it wasn't filled correctly, a replacement part for that particular spot was ordered. That was over 7months ago and I've still not had this fixed, I send follow up emails and get either a "sorry for the delay" or most recently just no reply at all.
Plush in Dandenong is a great store to look at furniture and test out the different couches available. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. They do a great job of explaining all the customisations and features available on all sets as well as how to best setup the different modular couches.
I purchased a couch here in 2019 and it’s become extremely balled and pilled. I contacted customer service, paid for replacement covers in June 2022. I’ve received no covers and every time I call, I get put through to the Phillipines. I get multiple promises that they will follow up. I have no option but to go to the Ombudsman. Shocking service!!
My husband and I bought a brand new couch from another furniture store 18 months ago and haven’t been happy with it right from purchase. We visited Plush in Dandenong with the view of trying to get a couch that would fit our awkward sized lounge room. Couldn’t be happier. So many options of couches, materials and colours to choose from that are fantastic quality with great warranties. Extremely happy with the choice of our new couch, but it was Sandra who made the whole experience such a pleasant one. She was extremely helpful and informative. With her help we were able to piece together a custom couch that will fit our room perfectly. I highly recommend both Plush and Sandra.
Excellent customer service at Dandenong showroom. Shobana was an absolute delight to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. She was really helpful when we were trying to decide on colours and went out of the way to measure and figure out whether the furniture fits the space of our home.
I was really happy with the service provided by Sandra at the Dandenong showroom. Sandra took the time to listen to what I wanted and help me create it, and get a really good deal too. I highly recommend this store to anyone, the service has been awesome.
Very disappointing experience . Purchased Modular leather lounge with chaise and recliner . Sale Price $6500. It was delivered on the 20 Dec 2021. Is now 16 weeks old. I’ve had 3 technicians come out to fix 1. Leather at back if Chase not fitting properly. 2. Large gap at back of Chaise 3. Stitching coming undone on chase. This was fixed . Now waiting 16 weeks for a piece of foam to come from CHINA to attempt to fix seat on chaise that has sunk so much that I can’t sit on it. Today I’ve noticed the seat on the recliner has also sunk. If your looking for Comfort , Support, and the ability to have your lounge suite adequately fixed , don’t buy a Plush Sofa. This lounge should be replaced , without the constant need to have technicians coming in and out .
Love this shop. The staff are very friendly and informative regarding my concerns about the furniture. Especially Shobana who spent her time with me explaining about the material and other information. She let me feel that I'm a valued customer for them. Really happy about their customer service.. and they have a huge collection of comfortable and good quality furniture too.
This is my second purchase of Plush furniture. My first purchase of lunge set lasted me 18 years. The quality of Plush sofas is so good. This time the staff at the store was so helpful and friendly I am so pleased.
