Terrible. 
Bought a 3&2suite of furniture. Paid extra for delivery.noticed next day it was broken and torn .they replaced. This wk.still not right. And they tell me to expect ware and tare ....straight away????seriously stay away from here. I have informed consumer right's. Disgusting.

Horrible experience!!! Their furniture is the WORST I have EVER bought in my life. I bought 2 queen bed bases(base only) from them in March during Easter sale 2016. Within 2 weeks of buying, they started making squeaking sound from every possible inch of the bases. It felt that the bases would collapse any time. The quality of timber is horrible. All that was happening with just normal daily use. Told them about it and I was told that somebody will get in touch to fix it. But I don't see that happening any time soon as its more than 2 weeks since I complained.
I would suggest the buyers, NEVER go to them. Add few(hundred) dollars to your budget and buy your furniture from a reputed shop. You will never regret and will get a value for your money. 
I wanted to give less than 1 star but unfortunately Google doesn't allow.

the worst experience ever. I used to buy stuff from Nanawading and this is the first time I visited Dandenong branch. I bought a double bed and they will have the stock within 3 days . Agreed to pick up over the weekend and when I went to pick up  next Saturday they didn't have the bed and I have to pay for my delivery driver for nothing.  The person who is at the counter is racist and the bad customer service person that I ever seen. Not recommend not only for their bad service but also treating people like s##t.
