Very poor  customer service do not live up to there promises, and then say it is not their fault, orders already over a week late and will drag on for some time. 
Best option is not to deal with companies like this, and DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UP FRONT ,ONLY PAY A MINIMAL DEPOSIT IF YOU HAVE TO, BUT BEWARE, AND ONLY PAY WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED.
