Furniture seem good quality but make sure you check it properly when you pick up or get it delivered. Their quality control is terrible. We have had two items replaced already which arrived faulty. So frustrating when you are trying to finish a room and you have to wait a few more weeks for replacements. I suppose that’s the price you pay for poor overseas quality!

Poor customer service and received damaged goods 

Was told twice I didn't have to pay delivery fee. Once when I called prior to the original delivery date to check if I had to pay anything and I was told no. When the delivery occurred the delivery guys asked for payment and I told them about the phone call I had had with the store so they called to confirm and advised me I didn't have to pay.

Then a couple of days later I had the manager of the store called advising me I had to pay even after I explained to him and also during a previous call with an employee there 

Horrible organisational skills

Will not shop at this store again

Ordered an 11 piece dining set online 15/11/17 no notification to say not in stock. So not having received any phone call or email from Focus on Furniture re delivery I emailed only to receive a phone call 30/11/17 to say delivery will be February. Terrible customer service to not let customers know what’s happening with their order. Obviously wanted for Christmas & would have gone elsewhere if known delivery would be over 12 weeks away & certainly wouldn’t have paid in full. Not impressed !
