This would have to be the best motorcycle riding accessories place around. Very well laid out and heaps of riding gear options for road, dirt and adventure bike riders. I went in today to finally get myself a leather riding jacket and found exactly what I wanted. The staff are awesome, they were regularly checking with me to see if I needed any assistance. I felt welcomed and relaxed enough to take my time browsing, because there's plenty of stuff check out! This is now my go to place for my riding needs. Thanks guys
I purchased a motorcycle helmet Medium size online from this company, following their sizing guidelines, unfortunately when it arrived and I tried it on the pads around my face squeezed my cheeks so hard it cut off the blood flow and when I removed it I felt very dizzy. I contacted the Dandenong Store and the store person said bring it in and the would exchange it for a larger one which apparently is not their policy and breach’s the safety guidelines which I only found out later. I returned the helmet to the store and they swapped it over for a larger one no questions asked and did not inform of their no exchange policy on helmets at that time. I unfortunately did not try the larger one on in the store before I left as I assumed moving up a size should definitely give me more room on the face pads. When I got home I tried it on and the same problem existed I think my face shape is just not suited to this style/brand of helmet. I returned to the Dandenong store thinking I would simply be given a refund for a product that unfortunately was not fit for the purpose I purchased it for, upon explaining my dilemma with the helmet the sales person tried to upsell me to a more expensive product I explained to him I could not afford that, at that point the assistant manager got involved and said they could not refund me as they have a no refund/exchange policy on helmets as I could have dropped it or anything and they could not resell it, I said to him look at the helmet it has not got a mark on it I only took it out of box to try it on and once I realised I was having the same problem I had with the medium size I put it straight back in box and waited till I could return it to your store. A couple of things I find extremely disturbing about this is 1. They exchanged the first helmet without a problem and did not say they could not sell it as I may have dropped it and I’m pretty sure it went straight back on their shelves for sell to some other customer… 2. If I was prepared to pay more money they would’ve exchanged helmet, which just seem to be in opposition to assistant managers statement about why they could not refund me. As you can see by pictures attached the helmet was in the exact condition I received it in. I will never use this company again and I hope anyone reading this review will be very cautious with any dealings they have with them. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE AFTER SALES SERVICE
What a great place to take a motorbike for a test ride. If you look around you just might find some mud when you take a adventure bike to put it to work or a road bike the area has some nice long roads to try them out too. The sales team are great & always ready to help find you the best deal they can for you & riding gear to match. The service department will keep your bike great shape every time. MCAS IS your one stop motorbike shop under one roof. I haven't been in to get my Royal Enfield Classic 500 for a service yet but I will be taking it to Dandenong MCAS Superstore, because of my last experience was so good after taking a bike for a test ride & the way they made me feel was great about the service that they would deliver to every customer.
Well wot a pleasant surprise I didn't know this place was here. Big show room and the guy's in the service centre are great lots to look at fantastic
Massive thanks to Callum for hooking me up with my first bike. went above and beyond to make sure i had all the right info. very patient with a beginner , highly recommend MCAS Dandy ask for Callum you wont be disappointed . 5 stars not enough
wow just wow! after my service at teammoto frankston, I headed upto MCAS Dandenong as I was advised they had not only the intercom system I was after, but also a very large variety of motorcycle gear —they weren't wrong! I'm not sure what TeamMotto are doing right, but so far I literally can't fault them... greeted by Stacy he showed me the wide variety of helmets after securing the intercom system. he was soooo helpful and knew all of the helmets well..I ended up deciding to purchase a helmet, even though I was still two minded, then came Jimmy and asked what was wrong with the helmet I had? it had no visor Jimmy...so while I was umming and arring Jimmy had gone through the visors they had under the bench and 5min later he found one that fit and it wasn't $150 like the one I was quoted from AMX in lynbrook..Jimmy I'd call you a legend but you're still with us young man so instead you're a champion that deserves alot more credit than this review champ. together Stacy and Jimmy made the whole experience a wonderful one from start to finish.. I do recommend MCAS Dandenong for any motorcycle needs. The shop was spotless, nothing was out of place and heaps of gear to choose from. Thank you so much MCAS aka TeamMotto again you've outdone yourselves.
Jake was amazing! I came in with my mind set on what I wanted for my next bike, and Jake really put the consultant in “sales consultant” he listened to what I wanted and needed and really helped me open up to some different bikes that might suit my life and riding style so much better. Cannot recommend enough!
Every time I've been to MCAS I've been looked after like an old friend. At first this worried me, I thought maybe they *were* old friends and I must be getting forgetful. But nope, they're just real nice folk, just as rough round the edges as I like em. Big range, good stuff, great prices and the staff are beaut. Thumbs up!
Not only is this a great motorcycle shop but the range of apperal and accessories is mind blowing Not to mention the awesome service you get. One stuff member spend 20 minutes chasing down a $35 riding Jersey because they didn't have the size I needed a it was there in 2 days. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back.
Was in the market for a new helmet, found a helmet I had quite liked, found the price to be insanely high, even after the 'manager's discount' which is just their way of trying to butter you up to sell something, I informed the staff it was too dear and I wasn't going to purchase it the discounted price was pretty similar to the price of other stores, the staff's attitude and tone did a complete 180. Now that I look back on it, I am so glad I didn't bother purchasing the helmet, yes its top of the line, the price was so-so, not a rip off but not a bargain, but that attitude and tone shift was quite disgusting to witness.
