Sales staff not at all interested in talking to customers. Kept her distance from us and gave very little information on tiles we were interested in. Very unwelcoming. But was very chirpy with her colleague. Why work a job when you have no motivation?
Great selection of tiles. Very helpful staff, worked out how much tiles we needed and left us to browse after that, which is what you want. Not someone following you around pressuring you. Hannah was awesome. We didn't end up getting tiles that day from there as we wanted to look around more. There were some we liked though.
Walk in from off street with questions on what might be involved in repairing a tile. Both counter staff 17/10/24 10am were helpful, honest and informative. Thanks for the kind service.
We purchased tiles for our kitchen around 2 years ago and because of the great service we came back as we are now doing our bathroom.nHannah who served us originally is still working there and she was so helpful once again. What a great asset to National Tiles
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought just over 18sq metres of tiles to fix two bathrooms which have poor waterproofing done by the builder/their contractor.nI recommend paying a little extra to get the higher rated level 4 anti slip tiles.nDue to the weight, I would recommend delivery or bring a couple of people depending on how much you are looking to buy as they don't assist loading the tiles though this time they made an exception.nI was able to fit the entire purchase in the back of a SUV.nIf you need an installer, ask them and they will provide you with a list of their recommend installers. You don't have to use them, but can be useful to get a quote or if you don't have anyone to do the job.
