Great selection of tiles. Very helpful staff, worked out how much tiles we needed and left us to browse after that, which is what you want. Not someone following you around pressuring you. Hannah was awesome. We didn't end up getting tiles that day from there as we wanted to look around more. There were some we liked though.
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought just over 18sq metres of tiles to fix two bathrooms which have poor waterproofing done by the builder/their contractor. I recommend paying a little extra to get the higher rated level 4 anti slip tiles. Due to the weight, I would recommend delivery or bring a couple of people depending on how much you are looking to buy as they don't assist loading the tiles though this time they made an exception. I was able to fit the entire purchase in the back of a SUV. If you need an installer, ask them and they will provide you with a list of their recommend installers. You don't have to use them, but can be useful to get a quote or if you don't have anyone to do the job.

Was in the store for 30 minutes 2 white staff members were just talking to each other not even interested in giving customer service. Very disappointed get someone who wants to work. Tried to talk to the young lady who was tried her best to not to give eye contacts. One more thing, She actively served the tradie couple who came at very last. I think she is Racist or not willing to save people who have brown skin.
I had to add a few extra tiles to an order and had a really positive experience with Matt at the Dandenong store. He couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend National Tiles at Dandenong
National Tiles Dandenong have a great range of tiles , flooring and all types of tools associated. We were greeted warmly by Hannah who made the experience of selecting tiles enjoyable and productive. I can't recommend Hannah enough as she is patient and offers up great advice.
Friendly staff who were happy to give advice on the best grout colour for our tiles. They were flexible with the pick up date and had a good selection of tiles available for a reasonable price.
First time shopping here for our renovation. The service and advise both my wife and I got from national tiles was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Always so helpful and happy to answer any of the beginner questions I had. If I ever need any more tiles I know where i'm heading.
I came to your Dandenong store today to collect an order. Matt from your trades section went above and beyond to help me as I needed to choose a grout but couldn't see the colours online. He was so patient and helpful which I really appreciated during a very difficult time in not being able to access the showrooms. I just wanted to say thank you! I will be back.
I was in desperate need of a replacement tile after one of my bathrrom tiles shattered. The lockdown made things challenging unable to get into stores to match the existing set. I emailed though to Dandenong National Tiles, sending through photos and a description and was helped by Mickey to source some samples. Within just a few hours, we got samples, matched and got a replacement tile sorted. The service was incredible, thank you Mickey - will reccomend and be back for future tiling/flooring needs.
