Excellent range of tiles. They actually had stock available where I tried other tiles stores and they had me waiting 4+ weeks for tiles. Very helpful staff, went over and above for me. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, Rob in particular. We purchased from them twice and they are very cooperative, particularly when we were in a rush for a specific product that was not in store. Highly recommended.

We were recommended to elegance tiles by friends and family and found them to have the best range of quality tiles a good prices. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Rob, who couldn't of done enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and for all of your help.
We absolutely loved this place! As soon as you enter the store you’re greeted by friendly and kind staff who are very eager to help you out. The prices of the tiles we bought were really worthwhile for the value of the tiles and the process of choosing, paying for and getting the tiles home was a really smooth experience, this is our second time buying from them and we’ve never looked back! We’d also like to give a big thanks to Rob who managed other whole process, he dedicated a lot of his time to helping us choose our tiles, really knowledgeable and kind. : Thanks, Elegance Tiles!
