Very rude staff on the phone. Booked a call back on the website and never was contacted after 3 days, decided to call myself and had to deal with an impatient and rude man on the phone.  Waste of time.

Carpet call Dandenong were excellent, we had an insurance claim from the sales person to the installer were very professional, i wish all of the other services we need were as good.  Would not hesitate to reccomend them. Thank you.
