Amazing standard of service complete honesty and awesome insight into purchasing my new bike; I personally dealt with Marcus J. Marcus is an absolute genuine gem of a sales person who has made the whole process smooth and most importantly did not miss a single detail (including insurance!). If you’re a new to the bike scene or a seasoned rider; do not go past Peter Stevens Dandenong. Thanks heaps to the accessories department too helping with great and genuine advice - managing to keep within my budget and NOT once fell into the trap of “product pushing”! Thanks again guys, will definitely be coming back for my next upgrade!

A Fantastic experience from start to Finish! Marcus did a fantastic job to assist me in finding the perfect bike for my son and the entire team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was looked after on price and they were even nice enough to throw in a few extras as part of the purchase. I couldn't be happier with the bike and the team at Peter Stevens. Great job guys, keep up the good work!!

I recently bought a brand new 1000cc adventure bike from this business and haggled to get a fair price. They are typical salesman as I’d expect but I felt that they really didn’t treat me like a valued customer and I was disappointed when I picked my bike up that I bought a cap and they wouldn’t even give me a small discount off it despite me just giving them 18K. It’s the little things and attention to detail that bring customers back and if a customer is happy they generally return, I will most likely not buy anything from them again as they are over priced on accessories and my bike will be serviced at another factory dealer in future. I felt they were greedy and dishonest in there dealings with me but ultimately I bought a good bike at a fair price and I’m happy with that. The hat was cool too but overpriced as expected.. oh well, onwards and upwards.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure sales people, the staff here clearly love their job, great variety of bikes and equipment. I will definitely be shopping here again. Amazing store

This was my first time buying a bike, all the staff were very friendly and happy to assist in anyway. Marcus the sales stuff i was dealing with was more then happy to help even thought i did confuse the process wanting two bikes MSX 125 Honda Groms which were not in stock at the time and giving little notice. Marcus was able to make magic happen and have both bikes on the day. Highly recommended as i had a amazing experience, plenty of bikes on the floor to look at and will go back once i get off my L's for a Big boy bike.
