We bought two of the Evans 2 seater recliners. Great product. Service was excellent, delivery went off without a problem.nMy one tiny gripe is the assembly instructions with both sofas only had pages 2, 3 and 6. Unfortunately, assembly detail was on pages 4 and 5.nLuckily I am quite handy and assembly was very straightforward.nIf you need to follow instructions religiously you may have had a problem.

Helpful team and a good selection of styles of furniture. I see other reviews trashing on product, maybe go and try to solve it first with them, if nothing, then definitely give the low review. People are expecting highest quality for the lowest cost...you need to adjust your expectations, or take care of your product.nnI was assisted, purchased some chairs and built myself. Perfectly fine so far and it's been a few weeks.

Staff is not very helpful and they don't know their own products. Knowledge is limited. Was very much surprised when they told me if I bought an item that was generally sold online from their floor staff there was no warranty even of there was a faulty product once opened. Blew my mind.

I purchased a recliner from the online exclusive deal purchase delivery delivery arrive via Australian Post. That’s their third-party distributor and they left my recliner at a post office. The one 800 number supplied by fantastic furniture says they open at 9 am Monday to Friday. I’ve been calling every hour. It’s Monday at 4:20 currently I’ve been calling since 9:10 and no one will answer my call also Dandenong and Mornington stores will not pick up to give me any help so they can call the customer service line to tell them that the post office has contacted me and said that they need to return to sender because they have no space for the recliner. I apologise to the lady on behalf of fantastic furniture. I’ve now have no recliner and trying to get a refund of about $400 including the delivery do not buy an exclusive offer. Make sure you’re unemployed or have a family member to receive the goods if you don’t bother ordering anything from fantastic furniture.

My partner purchased a bed, side table and drawer suite for she waited 4 months for. Upon arrival only the bed and the side arrived missing drawer. The bed arrived damaged for which she lodged a complaint. The process was not simple she had to deal with numerous consultants who not only made her life more difficult, they encouraged her to contact on a weekend which was outside of office hours. She has yet to receive the refund. Would not recommend their service or furniture. Absolutely UNFANTASTIC, we will shop elsewhere.
