We were looking for a full house lot of furniture and had looked around but found the quality and range we were looking for at Full House, they couldn't have been more helpful, we had a few things made to a custom size, again nothing was a problem, every question was answered with a yes !!! We then had delays in construction of our new home and Full House kept our order in their warehouse, never was there any pressure to take our order !!! So to Ray and his staff we give a very big thankyou for probably the best purchasing experience we have ever had !!!
Purchased a Tassie oak TV unit and lamp table which are absolutely superb. Service right from purchasing the items through to being contacted by a lovely lady to advise of delivery times and then the communication on the day of delivery was nothing short of being professional. Definitely one of the higher end shops in this vicinity and would not hesitate going back there in the future to purchase more quality furniture.
We bought dining chairs from Full House Furniture and would not hesitate to purchase more pieces for our home. The quality of the items are excellent and they have a great range of furniture. The customer service was also excellent!
Was recommended by a colleague so we gave them a visit. Donna and Kat were amazing, they helped us select the type of couch, making sure we were very comfortable with our decision and colour choice. Expectations for the couch was very accurate. The delivery men who’d installed the couch did damage our wall so I’ve emailed the team. Will update my review once I replied is received Edit 1/04- the team have been great when it came to reviewing the issue, regardless of the hiccup, the products and services at this store is A grade! Will definitely come back for other items for the house
The staff were friendly and helpful. The guys who delivered the furniture were very pleasant, efficient and tidy. They set everything up and took away all the packaging. We are also very pleased with our new furniture - comfortable and looks great.
Ray and the team at Full House have always accommodated my requests, design changes and the after sales support has been great. I love my dining table and accompanying chairs from my most recent purchase through them and the fact that they are genuinely Australian made makes them even better. The showroom is well worth the visit with different accessories and furniture with custom options available if you speak with Ray. Would recommend.
I thoroughly recommend Full House Furniture. Every step of the purchase process was hassle free. The dealings with Kat through to the two gentlemen who delivered and assembled the furniture proved that this is a highly professional and dependable company. A very enjoyable experience.
Purchased multiple items over several years from Ray and his team with custom made furniture. Each time the service and product was beyond expectation, from design to delivery, even left me with custom cleaning products for ongoing maintenance. As a business owner myself I know the importance of customer satisfaction and quality products, these guys deliver on both........very happy customer!
I went there to find a sturdy cabinet with 2 drawers and two door of the perfect size that I required to put an aquarium tank on top of it so that when we watch TV we see the fish as well. And, of course fish will watch TV as well or are able to see us and the room surroundings. Full House had the cabinet, aka a buffet. Not only that, but a friendly no nonsense service. And, since aquarium tanks require a polystyrene foam sheet as a base, they gave me more than enough to take home. Thanks Ray.
