Yet to have my TV unit delivered, so this post is purely for the customer service I received from the Moorabbin store; which without any hesitation was fantastic.  Shagun went above and beyond to help. Not just with the initial sale, which was a 5 star service anyway, including no hesitation to price match an online offer. But the follow-up, and assistance with a technical glitch was very much appreciated.  I've no doubt otherwise, but fingers crossed my furniture is as great as the staff

Excellent service by the gentleman that assisted us in buying a dining table. We didn't get his name but he was salesperson no.48. He answered all our questions and was never pushy trying to make us rush into a decision. Very friendly as were the other staff. We will definitely be back to buy some chairs aswell. Well worth the 45 minute drive.

Juan knew exactly which pieces of furniture I was referring to. Could tell me if he had them in stock for me to view and appraise. I said when I would come to the Store. He apologised that he would not be there but said Daniela would know my details and would be available to help. Exactly what happened. Made my purchase 4 chairs plus 2 recliners. Beautiful presentation. Care and attention to detail. I await my deliveries! Thank you Daniela!
