I think they are the best when it comes to service and price. I shopped around for a package deal and every website have some catch and most of them have no showroom, with them you can visit there showroom and feel the goods. If you can't get to there showroom and happy with the goods then you just get it delivered and delivery is done within 24 hours. Very happy customer and have recommended to few friends.

Dont deal with this Dodgy  Store paid for a breville toaster $119.95 paid . they supplied a cheap version for the same price . I checked online with Target they are only worth $64.00 . they dont respond to any messages.

We had done our research on quality brands and price , before we found some exceptional value items in the Discount electrical stock Jamal was more than helpful and A+++ on customer service . Full kitchen equipment package and delivery sorted. Happy customer and will recommend

I found Discount Electrical Direct on eBay. I bought a high quality/grade washing machine and negotiated with Jamal to achieve an awesome discount. Jamal is polite to deal with and delivered the machine as well.  I can not recommend him highly enough! Ten out of ten for service!

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Firstly prices quoted were ridiculously high, only $40 cheaper than a brand new fridge of the same model. Then there’s the lack of customer service - The guy who was serving us was eating an apple while speaking to us. And then he couldn’t be any ruder when we suggested that his quote pricing was quite high given the condition of the fridge. After that he walked off angrily back to his desk and left us there dumbfounded. Never again coming back to this store!

Discount Electrical Centre bent over backwards to help me.  I wanted a red fridge and they tracked down the last one in stock and delivered it the next day - ON TIME!  Fantastic service!  Wish I'd purchased my other items from them.  They offer prices and service like the Good Guys USE to!
