Dealing with Paul was just AMAZING! I had some issues arise with my Horizon fireplace recently and Paul was there every step of the way to ensure the best possible customer experience was provided. Highly recommend Jetmaster and rest assured Paul will look after you if there are any issues.
Really great service from Paul that went above and beyond to deal with a couple of unique issues with my fireplace. Paul also provided easy to understand guidance about the operation and ongoing maintenance of my fireplace. Looking forward to winter and having a perfect and clean fireplace!!
Very happy with the overall experience from when we walked into the showroom through to the installer visiting our home to discuss the various options available for what was a complicated insert into an old brick open fireplace. A seamless combination between Richard in the showroom and Danny Heapy the installer - excellent final result. Only thing we are waiting for now is some colder weather to light the fire!

Paul was on time, friendly & knew exactly what the problem was on first inspection of our fireplace. He went above & beyond & showed me how to use remote & all the different settings. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!
Kudos to Richard in the showroom at Brendale whom could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful in my recent purchase of a simple baffle plate for my wood heater. Nice one Richard, thanks! Further, it's always the better option to support local manufacturing where possible. I purchased my Kemlan heater in 1996 and it has remained trouble free the entire time, with only a regular flue clean and the recent baffle plate replacement.
Love our new Kemlan Super Nova freestanding fireplace supplied by JetMaster. We are toasty warm and it a great addition to our home. We got great assistance and advice from Julie in the Sales Office. Our installer Daniel H. was fabulous. Really great communication and advice. from browsing in the store to warming our toes less than two weeks that included time for Dan to come around, measure up, provide advice and rough estimate of materials required.
We had Paul come out and check our fireplace. He did a wonderful job and was extremely helpful and I would like compliment him on his service.
We have just had a Supa Nova Insert installed in our fireplace replacing a previously installed, 28 years ago, Jetmaster fire which had had its day. We went to the showroom at Brendale and spoke to Deborah who showed us the insert fire, which allayed our fears that we may not be able to replace our old fire. We can only praise the service we received from Deborah at the showroom and Dave, their suggested installer, and would definitely recommend Jetmaster Fireplaces Brisbane.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We are 2 years and still trying to get two gas fireplaces installed and commissioned. The most incompetent staff ever. BEWARE - company have recommended an unlicensed installer and now no one will touch this job!!! Extremely unprofessional mob - do not purchase from them or deal with them at all.
