Great hotel. Stayed here for a work course and was fantastic. Staff friendly, helpful, professional and engaging. Great systems and processes re check in, airport transfers. Restaurant & conference staff wonderful & amazing catering options. Easy commute to and from airport while accommodation had comfortable, clean & modern rooms - with heat pumps to keep you warm in winter. Great venue - would definitely stay here again . Many thanks for a great conference experience.

Our room was booked via a travel agent. The free shuttles were awesome, driven by friendly staff. We were arrived early and room wasn't ready but they took.our bags and we headed back to the airport to get a bus to the city centre.  Once finished in  the city caught the bus back to.the airport and picked up again by the shuttle.  Room was great nice and clean. Didn't eat on the restaurant but had asome snacks from the cafe which were nice. Caught a lift to our room and the housekeeper staff were in it, they were laughing and smiling. Took that a sign of.the hotel.being a good employer Bed was comfy. Got the shuttle early in the morning.  Had a nice time...apart from the person in our room snoring. Friendly staff and would recommend staying here.

Great location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours and they were really accommodating and arranging an airport pickup for us. Room was clean and very comfortable. They got a friendly hotel cat that would walk around the front door to greet customers!

We attended a 4 day Gospel convention, stayed 4 nights.  Absolutely wonderful venue.  Excellent rooms and meeting rooms.nStaff at front desk are awesome.  Welcoming and friendly.nMassive carpark and well lit walkways.nHighly recommend this establishment.

We stayed here for one night as we were flying out early the next morning. Check in was easy, they kept our car keys, ready for us on our return. Nice friendly staff. Room was nice and clean, very comfy bed and pillows, quiet. The shuttle service to the airport was good there and back. Will stay again one day.
