Drove all the way from Whakatane to view a car here today that we had seen on trade me, and what a waste of our time! The car was an absolute mess. Not only was it filthy inside with stains everywhere and sand and dirt on the dash but the outside was covered in small dents and there was a big scrape down one of the doors also. And then we opened up the bonnet... Wow! The engine bay was even more filthy than the rest if the car. The 2 indian guys there were not professional at all either. They watched us look over the car and proceeded to stare at us while speaking in their language to each other so we were unable to understand. If you are thinking of going here for a car then you are seriously wasting your time. Not worth a minute. We will never be going back here and definitely wont ever be purchasing a car from them.

Very unprofessional and deceiving. I called these guy to organise the viewing of one of their car listed on trade me, and I been there from Rotorua. After driving 3 hours I reached there and requested to see the car which I booked to view. It was looking good from far but when I reached close I found car have mark of damage on left side at front light, than I opened the bonnet to investigate further and the repair they done inside was very disappointing, it was not professional at all. I forgot to take photos otherwise I could show you. The guy on duty said some one took it for test ride and damaged it, and we couldn't fixed it properly because car it not insured. Very unprofessional excuse, I was bit more disturbed than a normal customer because I driven from Rotorua for this car. Well its my recommendation to the owner to disclose all the information about the vehicle he selling on trade me, if he want run business for long time with positive reputation! I will not recommend you to any one dude, try to be profession instead of over smart. I wasted my whole day and fuel due to you guys.!
