They did not value us for the years we've been with them. Poor/rude customer service. We were constantly having issues with this company. And would highly suggest to anyone to never do business with Storage king.

This is the second time we’ve rented space at Storage King Onehunga. We were happy enough first time round, but it’s now under new management and the assistance has been excellent. Thank you Muddazzir.

Fantastic service since day one. The customer service I received during my time with Storage King Onehunga has been nothing but outstanding. Polite,friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for a fantastic and worry free service. We highly recommend Storage King Onehunga, Barb is a dear and she made everything easier with her friendly manners. The access to the unit was easy and our stuff were safe and well looked after.

Staff were amazing at the centre. They took me on a tour and explained everything very well. The pricing was also great for a quarter garage size. Unfortunately the rooms are not ventilated or kept from outdoor elements. I ended up with pink mould on my queen bed and sheets, duvets and some clothes. Despite being in vacuum bags and blasting covering. I believe this was for to the storage facility and it’s exposure to the raining storage rooms - you never know what is being stored directly next to you. I also terminated the contract with no issue. I was told that their would be a refund as I over paid the month, but this still has not occurred. I was also never offered the storage vehicle for moving - so I had to pay privately for movers. 2 starts mostly for customer service.

My experience with Storage King Onehunga has been exceptional.  The unit was clean and exactly what I needed, in terms of size.  I found the customer service to be courteous and helpful.  I would recommend this site to anyone who was seeking an efficient, professional storage service.

Excellent customer service and gave us options that suit our needs and budget. Their Onehunga branch is highly recommended…
