Excellent First Experience!nI stopped by for the first time to fuel up on 02/08/25 at around 420pm and was really impressed by the service. The staff at the counter were very friendly, especially the gentleman who served me. He took the time to explain how I could get a discount by downloading their app and even patiently helped me navigate it to make sure I got the maximum savings. Outstanding customer service—highly recommended!
Stopped here to get petrol however they charge someone else for my fuel and the staff couldn’t understand English to see their mistake. Ended up arguing for nearly 20 minutes with them to pay the other person‘s bill. If you’re gonna have fun facing Staff make sure I can speak understand English not recommend recommended.
Visited the pump on 2 oct, coming from the Onehunga and my husband need to use the loo, the staff who was present very humble and politennI can say he is very good at customer servicenFive star rating to himnEnd up buying some drinks which he recommend to men5 star to Pratham
