Food was expensive, they FORGOT our coffees, tables were not cleared (still not done when we left!) Staff walked past dirty tables several times. Customer service doesn't exist in this place.

Food was average, But expensive!! Toast was lacking butter, bacon was dry and hard to cut. My wife’s Potato Rosti was really dry and she didn’t finish it. The drinks were fine though... very disappointing

the quality for the value is absolutely poor...I would highly not recommend this place....service was bad...quality of food was similar to bakery food.

Expensive, slow and with a dirty coffee mug (despite the waitress scrubbing at it with napkin before bringing it to our table). Coffee Clubs aren't the place to go if you are a coffee lover (unless you are also a fan of Starbucks). But you always know you are going to get a big mug - and enough caffeine - to get you through the next few hours. The Dressmart Coffee Club is usually bustling. It's situated in a mall to capture casual foot traffic, and it does this well. But it's not the place to plan to meet friends at. Still, it serves coffee, which definitely has to be worth at least 3 stars.

pretty decent range of breakfasts and the coffee is decent also - nothing outstanding, it is a big chain franchise so not a lot of perosnality but it's a reliably good place to eat.
