Had a terrible experience at the jetpark car wash today, Saturday 11th May at approx 1.45pm. My second time at the carwash so knew how to work it. Anyways Entered coin to start the triple foam brush, and realised it wasn’t working. Took photo and video evidence and walked in to talk to the attendant who came out and was so arrogant and rude. Asked if he could please recompensate as it wasn’t working and he just walks in the back door of BP not to return. Pretty unimpressed and the lack of professionalism and customer care really. Hopefully management can see this review and act accordingly. It is a small area and we need to support local but how can we when we have attendants with an attitude.
I do not use this station often but whenever I pass by I use the station to fill up my tank as the price for 91 octave petrol is cheapest compare to any other petrol station in this area. The cafeteria is okay but that great.
In all bp, they should have more spinach feta roll whenever I come it's over. I hope even vegan people need a few options to eat in bp as a quick meal time to time
