We paid $90 and got a $90 value room..  No towels, hand towels or bathmat... had to go back to reception and ask for them... The manager seemed like he disnt believe us because he wanted to come check thw room for himself! Room didn't seem like it had been cleaned properly as there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and by the bed. On a positive note - it was a cold night and the heat pump worked really well!

Overall pretty good for the price - great for a night or two if you’re needing somewhere to stay near the airport and you’re on a budget. I had a few small things happen with my room - the hair drier in the bathroom was broken, the air conditioning remote didn’t work meaning my room was super cold air con on 17 degrees and had to go to reception to get it fixed, then the smoke alarm in my room started beeping at 7am as the battery needed to be replaced - another trip to reception for me. Also I was on the second floor and there’s no elevator so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that the room was decent and bed was comfy.

One of my worst experiences ever had staying in a hotel. Staffs are welcoming but service is poor. Slowest wifi ever used can’t even check in for my flight. Wondering the got wifi connection from 2000. I paid extra $30 for breakfast which only have slice of bread and some ham slice . 30$ is little too much for bread slices

When checking reviews they were 50/50 but decided to stay anyways. Room was unclean and messy, asked for a refund which we were refused. Got offered an upgraded room but when we viewed that it was unclean and messy aswell. Finally got a refund confirmed and were told the manager would call us. Never heard back, followed up multiple times and were told the manager would speak to us. Had nothing. Still waiting on our refund.

Beds were comfy, No Service both nights, Blocked Toilet, Dirty shower head & glass door, dirty bathroom/kitchen floors, left food in fridge by mistake ....paid more for a second night prior to checkout $125 kids enjoyed smart TV during our stay, did not eat any meals from restaurant for breakfast or dinner, paid $8 to dry washing in laundry area - clothes were still damp and lint all over kids jackets
