Don’t stay here! Where do I begin, the shower was horrible with a blocked and stinky drain. As the water fills in the shower, the drain water comes up. There was thick mould as well in the shower. The aircon was making strange noises and bathroom tap was broken. The room felt dirty and dated with patched paint work/repairs.nWe reported the aircon and dirty shower to reception and got told the aircon will be fixed on Tuesday and maintenance staff will be notified about dirt in bathroom. They didn’t offer us an alternative room or even a discount! The breakfast, don’t bother! The photos are very deceiving and in hindsight I should have read these reviews before booking. Might add we stayed at a Motel in Mt Wellington the night before and they were excellent.
The room is adequate even if it's dated. Could use a refurb but it's good for the price. The access to the busses is great, a trip to the city takes a hour. There's a car hire place next door too.
Great value for money, good location. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. It has just what I need for staying near to the Airport. Had stayed here three times now.
I love staying here. It's so convenient to every thing.nClose to the airport the highway shops. Good parking and perfect for the family with the one bedroom apartment.
Our walls were filled with weird black stains.nOur bathrooms had eerie and terrifying faded black smears. Upon entrance we realised that some of the windows were open, and so there were a few dead and alive bugs infesting the space.Bedsheets were stained, as were towels. In fact, one of the towels seemed to have a bit of pubic hair on them.nThe motel, in general, had an unearthly and petrifying vibe. I would recommend adding more flowers and cute ornaments. Anyway, the whole place reminded me of some setting of some Netflix crime documentary. I couldn't Sleep until 3am because I believed that there was some creep preparing to commit a crime or spying on my room. We complained about the hygiene of these rooms but staff did not seem to listen to our concerns and insisted that rooms looked and were very clean.
