Good location after a long flight. The motel room for 2/3 was great, clean enough and comfy beds and basic kitchen. Breakfast is ok but the woman needs to learn about customer service, no one forced you to do that job.

Rooms ok unfortunately no towels rails at all in bathroom plenty of space for them no hanging rod in cardboard either so all but useless, restaurant well ummm I wouldn't bother expensive considering the meals served with frozen vegetables pork dinner 0/10 Italian chicken served on a bed of mixed frozen vegetables!!! 0/10 and if you're going to offer water at least serve it cold and not room temp had to ask for ice it's simple stuff!!

I would absolutely NOT recommend the downstairs restaurant the food was appalling three plates were left full we walked out and paid the full price with major regret.nTerrible chief & overly priced!nnAlso, the toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival marks in the bowl.nnThe place could do with an all over vacuum in the halls.nnPlease cater towels for the amount of people staying in the room, we had 2 adults and 2 children we were given 2 towels which we had to share amongst us!nnWon’t be staying again.

I am unable to give a review as I had cancelled my stay as per policy,  but still got charged.5 emails and 4 telephone calls later,  and I cannot get this resolved. Customer service definitely1. I am waiting for good service so I can give a better review

We paid $90 and got a $90 value room..  No towels, hand towels or bathmat... had to go back to reception and ask for them... The manager seemed like he disnt believe us because he wanted to come check thw room for himself! Room didn't seem like it had been cleaned properly as there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and by the bed. On a positive note - it was a cold night and the heat pump worked really well!
