Excellent rooms which were very clean and modern. Loved the complementary snacks supplied and a fridge that had water bottles and milk which is very rare these days. Well secured site with security code access gates. Close to Airport and very affordable. We stayed in the the 1 room apartment and was excellent for our group of 5. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to rebook next time we come to NZ
The rooms are excellent, with a modern feel and the extremely comfortable bed. Cleanliness was a10/10, which made the stay even more comfortable.nThe location is very convenient. The hotel also offers a reliable airport shuttle service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for money, especially compared to other options in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.
The receptionist that was on today was a true legend. After an overnight drive from Gisborne, we arrived very early to ask if we could check in earlier than 2pm, we were so very happy when she said room was ready and we could go in now I don't think she has any idea how appreciative we were. Happy to say room well appointed, clean and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend, especially considering the rates are really good
The proximity to the airport was great. Just what I wanted.nThe room exceeded my expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised.nI had a problem with the shuttle to my car rental company. Elizabeth and Shannie were very helpful in this regard. With their friendly and helpful manner, they quickly found a great solution for me. Many thanks to Elizabeth and Shannie!
Rooms were fine, but the noise for 2 nights in a row was horrible, until at least 12am over 10 people yelling and talking right outside our room door knocking running around. Woke our 2 babies up all night and when we rung multiple times nothing changed. It says you invest in your guests but you didn’t do anything to change it, and when we asked for a partial refund for the 2 nights we had a horrible excuse for a stress free stay we were denied and were told our kids were being loud outside at 930am for 5 minutes ..
