The staff were fantastic, we arrived late at night and still managed to get the shuttle with a simple call to the hotel they were along shortly after.nOur flight had been cancelled the following day and the staff in the morning were more than accommodating extending our stay.nIt was a fantastic experience that removed all stress from a stressful situation.nThe rooms have recently been renovated and they are fantastic! Very clean and crisp, cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
The room was great and the location is very convenient to the airport. However, the experience could be improved by providing toothpaste in the room. Also, the airport drop-off point is quite far from the departure building; pushing six large pieces of luggage that distance was very difficult. Had we known this beforehand, we would have gladly paid for an Uber or a private drop-off instead
This was the perfect stay before an early-morning flight. The room was lovely, including a kitchenette with dishes and pans fridge, kettle, cooktop, sink, and the sofa and recliners were great. Comfortable bed, good shower, super clean, and a free shuttle to the airport - we couldn't ask for more!
Great location before flying out of Auckland, great value, super clean and spacious rooms. Great service too. When I accidentally left my phone in the taxi the guys were on it straight away, using cctv, calling the cab company, and my phone was delivered back in 20 mins. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and of course, the free shuttle bus to the airport.
Nice and clean room! We loved it! Nice service!nDidn't get the gentlmen's name who picked up and dropped off us to the airport, Thanks a lot!nBut it might be safer to install a handle to get in the tub.
