Incredible service even though it can be hard to come by these days, I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the team were. They sorted me out with a product and warranty issues with a smile. Bianca went out of her way to make sure I was seen to. STOKED! Jaime is a legend as well, you can definitely get great product insight and good old fashioned service. LOVE IT JB. If this is how you treat every customer, you deserve the growth and support. It's a shame some of these people had bad experiences, yes it can take a while to get served but I'm sure if you're patient someone will be with you in time. Perhaps I was just lucky with the team who were on, but I come here regularly so just try to be a little patient. I'm sure it'll be worth it.

Customer service does not exist in this store. The employees come to chat amongst themselves. Waited such a long time for some one to offer assistance, even approached the main counter for assistance, all to no avail. I actually felt like I was inconveniencing them all by interrupting their conversations. I had come to purchase a tablet and ended up leaving and taking my business to Target, who were extremely happy to assist. Wont be back.

This store has been open for a while now and copt quite a bit of criticism.. But I have to say it is improving and the staff here a great as your always greeted coming in. Personally customer service over the phone is prompt and when I do come to North land I look forward to a quick visit to see what's new. Overall recommend this store to anyone for all their jb hifi needs and don't be afraid of asking them if they can do a deal on any product with in reason as I'm sure their happy to accommodate 👍

They don't have the biggest range of CDs, their metal section is actually a lot smaller than other JBs and this is the first store I've been to where the staff flat out said no to me ordering something thing in!! I've had other JBs offer to try ordering things that may not even be in stock, but this one just said no to orders. I did find a slightly 'rare' album i was after, but it was pretty expensive there.

This store used to be good but went down the drain. We wanted to look for a camera. He left and said he will find the manger so I followed him but he lied he was just doing a walk about and being a lazy jerk. We asked for a discount but refused and was swearing at us. So I said we are leaving ok we don't need this. NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS TRASH AGAIN. HOW IS THIS STORE STILL OPEN WITH THIS HORRIBLE STAFF AND ENVIORMENT. AVOID THIS RUDE PLACE I REPEAT AVOID THIS PLACE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A HORRIBLE DAY YES YOU CAN GO BESIDES THAT. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
