I got served the other day by Bernie and had to leave a review because her product knowledge and professional service went above and beyond. Super friendly and took the time to give me some advice around my purchase. I haven't shopped at JB for a while since CDs became less popular, but with a new multimedia project on the horizon for me and with great staff like Bernie, I will definitely be back
A very unsuccessful attempt to buy a smart watch. My daughter wants to buy either a new Apple watch or a Garmin. She is tiny and wanted to try on a watch for size before making a decision to spend $100s. The store is clearly short-staffed. There's no corporate uniform such as a polo shirt identifying the sales staff - only a lanyard. After waiting for 15 minutes we finally found a member of the sales team who was free but didn't seem particularly interested in whether he helped us or not. When asked if the watches could be tried on, he said no. We won't be back - we'll try the Bell St JB store, or better still, Myer or Officeworks. Or Amazon.

The team here are absolutely fantastic and know their stuff. I went in to purchase a new camera and the rep was so knowledgeable that it made the experience excellent. I spent a lot more than I meant to because the staff were just so helpful
The entire team I've dealt with at this store have been outstanding from beginning to end. Making the entire process super easy from purchasing, troubleshooting and following up with their suppliers. The JB Hifi Northland team made everything super easy for me and took accountability for my questions and follow up every time when something wasn't right with my TV. Genuine care for customers isn't something you see all the time and so this review is to acknowledge this. Thank you team!
