I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. If you want to wait 7 months for your ordered furniture, be my guest. They state on paper between 8-12weeks. Be careful! They gave us a fake mobile number to call for any questions. The customer service at this place is disgusting. They are rude and do anything for some cash in hand. They were to fault with our orders. A friend of ours happened to be in the area and got them to write their number down on a card. I continued to call them after the 12week wait. They would continue to be rude to my partner and I. Tell us to wait another 4 weeks. Eventually last weekend i called. They said "we have the furniture, came in the other day, unmm let me see what i can russle up with the chairs" 1. I waited 7months and the chairs were still not made 2. They got the furniture but still never called. They then had the cheek to tell me to come and collect the furniture myself. they could have atleast offered to deliver it. Never coming here again.

Placed an order for a hall unit in first week of Aug'11 was told delivery time of 8-12 weeks (!). Meantime picked up a chest of drawers and on unpacking the unit at home saw a huge stain on the front drawers, when I complained they asked me to bring the drawers to their store for replacing and on arrival learnt that the replacement was of a different design and would not suit my dresser. The final straw was when I called to check why I had still not rec'd both the units in end Oct was told it would take another 4 weeks. I canceled the order and got a refund. Unhelpful owners who seem to think they can get away with atrocious service. Poor quality product and finish delivered to customers while they display good units in their warehouse.
