This is my closest cinema so I tend to go here the most. The staff are always lovely and friendly. However food prices are extremely high as well as ticket prices. It cost me $27 for two drinks and popcorn. The quality of Xtreme screen cinema is a really good, but the rest of the cinemas are pretty average with some seats are missing arm rests and can be pretty uncomfortable. The carpet can tend to smell a bit at times. There is alot of potential, a good upgrade is definitely in order. I use to go to readings at CharlesTown where tickets where less the $10 for adults and every cinema was beautiful, clean and massive. Food was also heaps well priced as well.

A great movie experience. 3D and Xtream are the best viewing experiences. Sounds are extremely good. Seats are comfy. Staff is frendly. Washrooms are in satisfactory standard. Average 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

DO NOT sit in 'I' row of cinema 2 also known as extreme screen. There is a hand rail behind the next row which blocks the lower part of the screen (even for an adult standing 1.7m tall)!! The seats weren't very comfy, sat very upright. Expensive tickets, ridiculous. Had to wait out in the foyer until after 3:40pm (the session start time) as they were still cleaning it, therefore movie finished later and I was late getting to where I needed to be after - no apologies given at all for holding it up. Staff were clearly not provided enough time to clean the cinema from previous session. Popcorn tasted good but was not hot, it was slightly warm. Over priced!

I feel sorry for the staff that have to work in such deplorable conditions. The cinema is so old and rotten that I now drive an hour and a half away to the next closest cinema in order to get a good experience. The owner has no intention of renovating and as a result it's severely stunting erina fair's growth.

Hopefully it gets an upgrade to recliner seating soon. Event Cinema is closer for me but once Hoyts gets those lovely reclining leather chairs I'll be there.
