Overall the movies are the only exspected standard which falls into place.nnComing from Melbourne and only going to cinemas such as Hoyts or Village I was excited to try something new however quickly was appalled by Sydney's service and presentation.nnMy photos do enough justice, I tried to complain but all the did was offer to refund our tickets. We refused as we wanted to watch film but they still declined my request for our seats to be cleaned. They then asked we try out the beds which were even worst.nnAll I can say is never again!

A big complex with a combination of standard, large and exclusive high-end cinemas. I went to the Paparazzi theatre which had fabulous reclining seats and foot rests. Food and beverages are available to have delivered. They are very expensive and on top of the $46 ticket thought this was excessive. The expensive cinemas also limit the adds prior to the movie to 10 minutes. Usually they can be 30-40 minutes or even more. A good experience though pricy.
The layout of cinema 5 is awful. Avoid booking row M as you will have the main walkway at eye level.nThe cleanliness of the venue is lacking and the furniture is worn and dirty.nStaff on arrival were too busy engrossed in their own conversation to offer assistance although I will note that they were pleasant enough once they decided to engage.nThe only plus to this cinema is the location and the variety of times on offer.
Went to the library version of boutique lounge. Was beautifully presented in the cinema, found myself cranking my neck to every corner to absorb every detail.nThe leather recliners and footstools were very comfy. And food and drink ordering was super easy through the app.nWe were disappointed with the staff, no greeters or directions on where to go, and no one told us when we could go sit down, it was all open and unsecured.. We had a staff member tell us when we asked to sit and wait for another 15min, when another staffer advised others to head straight through. nThe food didn't match prices, with lack of crisp and finese.nThe bathrooms were well used and not clean.. I had to wait for several cubicals as the toilet paper had run out, I waited for several minutes for the attention of a staff member to let them know before giving up and leaving.nTickets were expensive, I guess you get privacy of a 30-40person theatre as apposed to the 100-200 person loud mouthed, talking phone lit cinema experience. However there were still people talking throughout and others swiping through tinder.. which I accept is not the theatres fault but ruins the experience
