I went and watched the new Spiderman movie tonight and the experience was disappointing. Firstly the spill/stain on the floor was disgusting so I had to hold my bag the entire time on my lap. the seats were dirty and ripped and randomly at several times throughout the film the aircon/heating would turn on so loud that you couldnt even hear the movie.
Great cinema! We had a great time: the seats were plush and comfy, and we got a goodie bag, popcorn, drinks and a light dinner as part of our package. The staff were nice and quite bubbly. Will definitely recommend!
Pros: Great cinema with a convenient central location CBD and very comfortable Boutique and Gold Class Screens.nCons: Tickets for the Boutique and Gold Class Screens are noticeably more expensive, and in the Original Screens the seats are really uncomfortable. Trust me, as a tall person...nTip: The Event Cinemas app lets you buy tickets and food with a good discounts!
Top notch service. At the end of the movie Ben helped me find my phone when I had lost it. He was super kind, he deserves a raise
Was counting to watch my favourite movie and made a booking month prior to the releasing date. Now saying the movie is cancelled before 1 day. Keeping the trust made another booking and said the same after charging the same price. Pls if u cant hold a movie at a specific timeslot dont sell tickets on website. That was really rude. Now I have to wait days to get two refunds. Really BAAAAD!!!!!!. I hope u happy now.
