We have stayed here each time we have travelled to Tasmania and how found it excellent everytime.nRooms are a bit dated but at the end of the day you only sleep in them.nVery central to everything and nice and quiet.nStaff are terrific and very helpful.nWill continue to stay there each time we visit.
Overall the accommodation is great for the price. I got the twin room with 2 beds which was nice. I’ve only seen the front desk staff once during my stay but they were very nice and helpful when I did see them. I haven’t needed them for anything else so it’s all good. Location is a bit further from town than I expected but I should have mapped it out. No fault of the property. But it’s located right off the highway so easy access to everything from here. I would definitely stay here again especially with the free parking.
We stayed here 3 times, the first time was good. We had the corner unit that was ok. The next time, you could not swing a cat in the room. Small shower, no room to move in the bathroom. And the last time the room was big, but the toilet was side on and you had to fill the jug with a cup from the bathroom sink. Not a good experience.
Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were newly renovated, very neat and clean. They have BBQ area, laundry, and beautiful walk sideways inside the property.
It was my second visit in Hobart Tower, I was organised in the same room as first visit!nIt was still nice and warm, but the shower cleanliness needs more improvement, the exhaust fan was dripping consistently if having the warm shower.
