Welcome to the TAH!

We are “The Local” with live music, the best in live sports always on the big screens & where everybody knows your name!

Kick off your week with our Tasty Tuesday pizza + pot deal; take out bragging rights & glory at InnQUIZitive; quench your Thursday thirst with a $4 schooner; try your luck with Toss the Boss; then end with the freshest DJ beats & $6 pints on Sunday.

As well as being the best place to watch live sport in Hobart city. The TAH now boasts an incredible deck area and laneway for your dining and function celebrations. With a new varied and delicious food menu, we are the perfect place for your after work drinks, business lunches or Saturday’s of sport.

I’ve had a very bad experience at The Waratah hotel. Very narrow and dirty rooms, never changed bed sheets and pillows cases in my four days stay. Worse bathrooms. Someone checked-in in our rooms after we checked in, very week management! Bathroom lights was out of order but never fixed. worse hotel I’ve seen. Only operating for making money...

24 hour bottle shop. Good selection of wines. Friendly service. Small surcharge applies to bottle shop sales after midnight.

Busy little bar in a great spot. Every wall has something to look at, bar staff are friendly and food is great.
