Ordered drive through and had to wait for about 10 mins for the meal to be prepared which is fine. But to get home to a burnt patty is a real disappointment. Unfortunately your online app doesn't let me submit any feedback as well.
I ordered more than 5 times from here. A week ago also same thing happened and again today.nOne chicken burger was good but next one the chicken is like rock, cannot chew. Why do you give like this? I have paid full money. Not asking for free.
I'm disappointed with the behavior of a team member named Azmain Abid at Hungry Jack's. My friend was treated disrespectfully during a recent visit for a delivery, which left a very negative impression. Customer service should always be courteous and professional, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures betterntraining and accountability moving forward.
Have put one star but doesn’t deserve even 1/4. I ordered 3 chicken tenders at $8.something. Bloody disgusting. Rock hard dried up pieces of what I’m assuming was chicken. Could not eat them after the first bite. The sauce was thick and unappetising. Never again, can’t wait for glenorchy to open up again.
Foreigners with dismissive service. Pubic hair in my fries. Whopper tasted like salmonella. Whole store was filthy.
