Ordered drive through and had to wait for about 10 mins for the meal to be prepared which is fine. But to get home to a burnt patty is a real disappointment. Unfortunately your online app doesn't let me submit any feedback as well.
This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience with this place. Today I ordered the Grilled Chicken Bacon and Cheese Burger and received absolute garbage — burnt chicken, a single sad piece of tomato, and nothing else. No lettuce, no cheese, no bacon. This is false advertising and sheer negligence. I’ve wasted money here before, and clearly nothing changes. Completely unacceptable service and quality. I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this plac

I went through drive thru thursday afternoon at around 4:45pm. I was shocked by the service. At the last window there was a girl and a boy and they were both being extremely rude and talking about doing something to my food. then i got my food just to have a look and see that the chicken in my wrap had been broken up, i had 4 pieces of lettuce. I belive the girls name was ayda, that has caused this corruption within my order. it’s extremely disappointing.
I ordered more than 5 times from here. A week ago also same thing happened and again today.nOne chicken burger was good but next one the chicken is like rock, cannot chew. Why do you give like this? I have paid full money. Not asking for free.
