In having solely dealt with them via online retail and deliver on several occasions, I've received some great service and personal case management by employees who've done their best to either rectify an issue and provide a better alternative at no extra cost. I can't fault their customer service.
Their pricing is sometimes a little unusual compared to the rest of the technology landscape but I believe this is in representation of their original values and posterity as more than a run-in-the-mill retailer with quality products always being stocked. I've also grabbed some great bargains, example being a certified 50m CAT6 patch cable for ~$10.
The business doesn't seem detached and there seems to be a decent human element behind it running it to the satisfaction of customers whom typically fall outside the normal retail spectrum; government or business customers I can imagine being common.
Definitely not a bad place to shop at from my experiences.
