Expensive product, with a claim of "Built to last" but terrible reliability and after sales service. Save your money and buy something cheaper. You can only be disappointed by ASKO.

Asko has got worse and worse. Go Miele. Overpriced and overrated products are the only thing Asko have. Customer service is even worse. How do these guys still have jobs?

I attended the once a year warehouse scratch and dent sale. Its an expensive brand. There were some savings to be had. Warehouse is large, plenty of helpful staff that know their products well. I purchaced a 10kg Asco dryer, it retails for $3,000. I paid $1999. I saved $1000.

I received absolutely fantastic service by ASKO and I didn't want to go unoticed. Firstly, I received zero remuneration or any benefit whatsoever for this positive feedback, just an ordinary consumer wanting to do the right thing by recognising great work rather than providing feedback only when something goes wrong. Background: Under the family's Head of War & Finance aka 'wife' I was ordered to spend over $2,000 for the brand new ASKO dishwasher (DFI654B). Premium brand, high end product equals premium price which hit me like a sledge hammer when I saw the price. Customer service unknown at the time of purchase as I never bought an ASKO product in the past. Upon receiving and unpacking it I noticed there was a defect mark on it near the display screen (post production Slovenian quality control employee must've had a bad day that day at the factory because this defect was a really obvious one to spot). I first rang ASKO and spoke to their servicing employees Ashley and Steve who treated my case like a critical emergency ward situation. Both were great to deal with, they didn't even want to replace the faulty part opting for a full new dishwasher replacement asap the very next day instead and organised for a specific experienced installer by the name of Luis to come out on a Sat morning against the normal Mon-Fri trend. Luis was very professional, great to talk to and very easy to deal with. He took out the existing faulty dishwasher, re installed the new one, re aligned cupboard doors being an intergrated dishwasher and also give me a demo of how to properly operate the dishwasher. Exceptional switched on operator, a total pro as an installer. A big well done to all 3 of them for enhancing ASKO's brand in relation to customer service. Certainly lived up to the premium European brand and $$$ people pay for an ASKO product.

After 20 years of Asko products, I can confirm that ASKO Australia has the WORST after sales service you will experience from any company in Australia. You are the biggest pain in my bum for 2017 and 2018. You are simply not worth the money paid for your product because you take the money and run! Buyer beware. I have had 4 experiences now. That's 100% shocking service on all four products.
