Purchased a watch online and they were prompt and very hands on to ensure the shipping. When I received it it was a wrong colour due to a misleading packaging. 
The way they dealt with this issue to rectify it was amazing - very personal and thorough.  I recommend the store for their excellent customer service!

I had a positive experience with H&S Jewellers.  I identified a specific Seiko Solar watch that interested me on their website ( which offered very clear images).  I called the store and spoke with Michael who checked availability for me before I placed order and we discussed how they would adjust the band for my wrist.  I am happy to say that the watch fit perfectly. I would certainly recommend H&S Jeweller for their professional and efficient service.

The service from H&S Jewellers is flawless!! The watch I had ordered as a christmas present for my partner had a bit of a delay coming in from the suppliers (being xmas time this isn't surprising) but I was kept up-to-date on the progress of it which took any worry about it arriving on time out of the picture. Once it arrived in store the shipment was upgrade to express post which they definitely didn't need to do but it was very much appreciated! The watch itself looks even more amazing in person than it did online. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to purchase from H&S Jewellers again or in recommending them to anyone else :)
