The skill and service from this store is fantastic. Stephen helped my husband to design a stunning engagement ring. Almost 2 years after receiving it I still grin like a dork every time the sun catches the ring or I drive past a Stephen Dibbs store. We went back to the store to have our wedding rings made. I love my wedding ring and adore looking at the beautiful ring on my husband's hand. Thank you for the spectacular service and beautiful products.

I'm so grateful that my partner went to Stephen Dibb Jewellery to help design my absolute dream engagement ring! He met with Stephen to discuss my style and personality and even piece together some of the hints I'd dropped to create the perfect ring to suit me. The team were more than accommodating to organise the resizing and get my precious ring back to me asap so I could show it off! So thrilled and one thousand thank you's to Stephen and the team!

I couldn't be happier. Stephen helped me design a beautiful and unique engagement ring for my partner. He happily worked within my budget and time frame and the workmanship on the finished product was fantastic. I will happily go back to him in the future as I never felt pressured by him in anyway, before or after I gave the go ahead on the design. Would I recommend him to my friends? I already have :)

My engagement ring design process with Stephen Dibb Jewlellery was smooth sailing from start to finish, testament to the professionalism and care exhibited by Stephen and his team. Always willing to work with your design aspirations whilst providing technical input into what may or may not be practicable, Stephen communicated all aspects of the design at every point and did everything in his power to make our vision a reality. Myself and my fiance could not be happier with the final product and recommend Stephen and his team to anyone wishing to create a custom made piece of jewellery, be it for themselves or a loved one.

I highly recommend Stephen Dibb Jewellery for anyone looking to design an engagement or wedding ring. I knew nothing about ring design, material or the process involved, but Stephen walked me through the entire process and made it so unbelievably easy for me. Never once did I feel pressured into doing anything that I wasn’t 100% comfortable with, and was reassured by their satisfaction guarantee. I will be coming back here for all future jewellery design and maintenance. Thank you!
