Enquired about custom made jewellery which they said they did. Was wanting a pendant made for my wife's birthday which was happening within 12 days. Before even looking at my design they asked if I had been to other jewellers for a quote. I told them I had and was silly enough to tell them the price. Rather than view my request and give an honest quote she immediately stated that they will price match. Took all my details and said that it would be sent to their office or HQ in Sydney to see if could be done in time. 1 WEEK LATER I finally get the call to say it cant be done in time. Now how am I to find someone to do it in 5 days! Surely they could have decided within 24-48 hours of my enquiry that 11+ days was not enough time to make the item rather than wait 7 days to tell me. Very poor customer service. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

Fantastic service by Barry & Justin who was looking after the repairs department on the day I went it. Both Barry & Justin were attentive, knowledgable, accomodating and incredibly helpful to fix a problem with the buckle on my watch which was intended to be a special gift. Realising that my extreme efforts would result in vain given the different sizing/colour of the band & buckle, Barry & Justin surprised me by going above and beyond with their efforts to repair the watch just as I needed. Both guys are lovely characters, which always makes for a great customer interaction. 10/10 would recommend!

If your not only looking for a great selection of beautiful jewelry or watches, there is excellent customer service. They have always exceeded my expectations. From calling other stores for products to taking time and going through the fine details of what I was purchasing. I will always be a loyal customer!!!

Just wanted to let you know what a really nice experience i had at your garden city store recently. I went there to look at a watch to purchase as a gift and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Barry. No need to go into all the details other than to say i did purchase a really nice watch, but i dont think ive had so much fun actualy buying something. He had me laughing away throughout the process and just seemed to get genuine enjoyment from what he was doing. As I said, it was just a really nice experience . Regards Karen

Finally find a place to share my frustration that I had with them last year. My wife found a ring in their DFO store. But the ring was too big. Before we bought it, we expressed our concern about the potential damage to the ring by the big down sizing. But the salesperson ensured us it wouldn't be an issue. So it was sent back to their factory for resizing. We were told we could pick it up in any other store. So we selected the store in Garden City because it's close to our home. One week later, I went to the store to pick up the ring after getting a notice. However, in the shop, I was told they couldn't resize it to my wife's size and the ring was still the same. So I asked for refund. To my surprise, my request was rejected. They referred to their company policy at back of the receipt, which says they don't provide refund unless the product is faulty. I argued the ring doesn't fit the purpose and the policy was only at the back of the receipt which you get after you make the purchase. Then I was referred to the "store manager". He basically said store credit is the only thing I can get no matter what. He doesn't care if I'm going to make a complain because he is resigning in the following week. That is THE most horrible customer service I had in Australia. Has anyone had similar experience with them?
