Bought the bracelet with the Tiffany blue backing enamel for my partner for Christmas. She loves it. However, within a matter of weeks the beautify blue turned to awful grey. Took it back to be told that "it is susceptible to change if it comes in contact with perfume, cleansers, creams etc". Claims that customers are told that when they purchase the product. They did not, too preoccupied with taking my money I think! If I had known that, I would not have bought it. And what lady who loves Tiffany does not wear perfume, handcreams or use cleansers of some sort. Bitterly disappointed with the poor quality of the product and the response from Tiffany. Expected much better from the brand, especially for the price. So a word to the wise. Do not buy anything with Tiffany Blue on it as it will not stay blue. Only thing we can do is exchange it for a Tiffany heart that does not have blue on it. Have bought several pieces of Tiffany, but this will be the last one. Come on Tiffany, you can do better than that!

Customer service was appalling. I may not have been wearing a suit and my hair might have been a bit scruffy but I have never been so disgusted in customer service to be treated like trash. One woman pointed to a man to serve us and then he shook his head in front of us. We had every intention to purchase a ring we had researched, but in the end walked out without even a hello. Appalling effort.

Great experience! We came to have a look at engagement rings with no intention to buy it right now and finished with buying a ring with a beautiful stone. Thanks to Niamh for her help.

I went into the Tiffany & Co store to buy myself a 19th birthday present I was dressed nicely, I had to ask to be served, and even then the women didn't seem to care that I wanted to buy the ring didn't engage with me beside when she asked for my bank card. I had the ring on for less than an hour and it had turned my finger green, I have other expensive sterling silver and white gold jewellery and that has never happened before. I phoned the store and explained it hadn't even been on hour and the women was rambling and saying because its such high quality etc no offer to clean or have jewellery wipes i can purchase to this day I have to clean it because it just black all over. Disappointing for a $500 dollar ring.

Sales staff misquote prices during the sale and make an attempt to bump as much as 20% as you're ringing through the transaction. Very frustrating and disappointing
