Wallace Bishop - Indooroopilly

Gave us the wrong diamond necklace, which was a Xmas gift. Not the first time this has happened, last time we bought a watch and realised that the box was empty. Luckily I checked before I got home. How do you people run a business like this. Absolutely terrible. Need more training.

The manager and staff are very helpful They advise me to get a diamond pendant for my wife And even though there was a miss communication about the pendant They exchanged it I can’t fully thank them enough Have a lovely Christmas Tommy

These guys wanted to charge me $40 just to change the batteries in my Baby-G BA-111 watch a model which they also sell and said they couldn't guarantee water resistance that part is fair enough as I wasn't asking for the seals to be checked or replaced, just the batteries replaced. I ended up replacing the batteries myself - the batteries cost me $2 each and the whole job, including resetting date and time took under 3 minutes. That they wanted $40 for 3min labour + $4 worth of batteries is extraordinary and extremely disappointing. I guess Wallace Bishop is just another modern retailer for whom old fashioned service is dead.

I was in store tonight to purchase some Christmas gifts for close friends. The young gentleman who served me i didn't catch his name was amazing to deal with. He was polite and really helped me out when it came to figuring out what i wanted to get. I definitely recommend shopping here, the staff are amazing.

Terrible service, I'll never shop here again. I have purchased many gifts from Wallace Bishop before and have never been treated with such disregard. The woman working on the repair counter was having a chat with another colleague when I enquired about a repair. She dismissed me and told me to look on Ebay. When I pushed and insisted that the repair was simple and I just needed a pin for the watch which they sell I was told no, I need to bring it in to measure the size and she wouldn't even just sell me a pin I could put in myself i didn't have the watch on me but know the exact model. Train your staff better, your job is to serve customer not sit around chatting.

Awesome service, friendly staff, and competitive prices. I was assisted by Tamar and Gillian over two days as I made my decision on a watch, and received truly excellent quality of care and advice. Gillian did an awesome job helping me try on different styles and offering suggestions. The next day Tamar was just as friendly and helped me size the watch and select some accessories, she also showed me how to change out the band on the watch so that I could learn for myself. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the staff at Wallace Bishop Indooroopilly. Highly Recommended!

This shop is just wonderfully presented, and the staff are awesome and easy to work with. the lady who has served my girlfriend and I 2 times so far, Tam, is honestly the most wonderful person to deal with. she makes purchases easy to do, and always tries to make things even better for us than we would expect. will definitely be returning in the future

Incredible customer service here. I bought something a bit impulsively and Ness assisted me through finding my size, ordering the right fit and making the first payment. She was beyond helpful and very patient. The day she predicted the ring would arrive was affected by a public holiday, but she still called me to apologise and let me know about the delay. When I went in the next day I dealt with Lianne who was just as lovely. I went back and had my other rings cleaned by her last night. The service is incredible, all the lovely staff are so ready to chat and they're patient and come across as very passionate about what they do. No pushy sales here - I took my time and felt very welcome to do so. The lovely ladies I dealt with are a true credit to the company. If I need any assistance with my jewellery I'd be going straight back there. Thanks girls, I LOVE my ring and the other two look brand new again x

It seems any Joe or Harry off the street can come work here. i went to purchase a birthday gift for myself only to have my entire experience ruined because ol "Ben" who served me seems to not be having the best day. He had dropped my watch multiple times, was not confident with the product, Had the store manager come over and ask if everything was okay probably because she had seen the look on my face. The Worst experience i had is now tied to a very special gift and i get reminded of this every time i see it. No sexism here but id advise to go straight to one of the ladies working the store.

The young guy who served me, Jye, was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, patient, and even kept my 5 year old entertained while he was dealing with my indecisiveness. As a customer he made me feel important and never made me feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations based off the little bit of information I could give. Well done on hiring this lad, he has made a great impression.
