Exceptional customer service with a great deal of expertise. The young female salesperson was knowledgable, efficient and friendly. She created a welcoming atmosphere for my partner and I from the instant we arrived. We thank her sincerely for the part she played in the happy day of our engagement. Would highly recommend and we will return to her.

My experience was positive and I was very pleased with the outcome. The sales consultant, Faiz, had been helpful over the 'phone when I called from interstate, paid me a courtesy call prior to my visit, answered all my of my questions and offered me the most competitive price.

Nil communications and all attempts to contact them result in automated response informing me that "the number is no longer connected". This included the number on their website and old store. TERRIBLE - could not give zero stars

Access to the Swiss branded watch style is all this firm is useful for. Do NOT expect any customer service but do expect to get charged a lot of money and not know what you are paying for.
