terrible service, the ladies there are only interested in getting more money out of you. Told me that their ring design is faulty then proceeded to ask me for money to fix their faulty design. heads up: always ask questions. don't think just because they have your ring hostage that you have to do what they say. i will never be dealing with these people again and i feel sick to my stomach that i wasted 12 thousand dollars with these people on a diamond. All my friends and family are aware of this poor service and have also had problems with them.
