What really stood out for me was the customer service I received. Bought a watch that I had to bring in a couple of times. Had to wait to be served but the lady acknowledged every customer. Extremely rare these days . Thank you for your patience .

I went into to look at 2 rings today one for my mum and one for me I was served by the lovely Anita she was very friendly helpful and lovely and the staff there where very welcoming I highly recommend and I am very happy with the new rings
The service was exceptional. Not only the knowledge from Timerah about the jewellery, watches etc, but the after sales service and a warranty claim experience had all been excellent.
Should make sure the staff you hire actually know the name of certain jewellery pieces.. asked 2 staff didnt know what euroball meant and the other one said not in stock?? I found them minutes later.. Prouds got my sale.

I called in online and the lady looked for the watch very hard and I’m very happy with the customer service would recommend
I went into Strathpine today a bit irate about all the run around I had been getting trying to use a credit voucher on line and in other stores. Anyway cut a long story short, I walked in and a lovely guy called James introduced himself he was so smart and friendly asked my name, it made for a very professional customer service. They apologised for the other 3 stores that gave me the run around. So thank you James, his new to Sheils and certainly made it a good experience 5/5 for James
Hi, Anita is a store manager , She is really a nice friendly person, And I lost voucher for return item , even tough they helped me. Thank you so much Anita and her team highly recommended to purchase everyone.
