From designing my engagement ring with my now husband, to helping me with perfecting a wedding ring to compliment it perfectly - no change or query was too hard to accommodate and we both felt so welcome which made the whole experience so enjoyable and easy. The fit of my two rings together are so seamless I couldn't have thought such a perfect fit was possible. Thank you for bringing all our jewellery dreams to life. My Wife Lesley and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting new friends at Gold River Jewellers, I wanted a Ring made to celebrate our fifty years together. This task was taken up by GRJ with absolute enthusiasm and Care. Greeted initially by Savahna we were soon so overwhelmed with the outstanding Service and a confidence that this was where we needed to be! We began with “ Renderings “ of the Idea in my head that was less than clear even to me, the more we spoke the overwhelming feeling that a random recommendation by a friend saw me now handing over what was to be the purchase of certainly our decade. Excellent communication further refining of the renderings and the task well In hand, the manufacturing process began. Six weeks later it was ready! The second I saw the Ring I was almost.too emotional to speak, the fragmented idea six weeks before was now a Beautiful Stunning piece of Jewellery. My Wife totally overwhelmed with the Quality and Beauty managed to say Wow! and it was, lost for words just had to write and recommend to anyone contemplating a small or large purchase GOlLD RIVER is your first stop, which will be your only stop! Our Ring is Stunningly Beautiful in every aspect, made from Skill - Fully assembled precious Elements, Diamonds, Amethyst, Opal and Gold then somehow included “ the Love only I could know. I can not recommend and thank Gold River Jewellers enough for my birthday gifts. From the initial visit in-store with a 'family' stone and ideas, Lyndsay made my 40th birthday ring come to life! Her knowledge of design and jewellery shone through in the 3D modelling images I received. Gold River Jewellers listened to my feedback and readily accommodated the changes that were requested. I also received a beautiful custom made bracelet that was designed by Lyndsay and created my Josie. The workmanship in both of these pieces is exceptional. My birthday was only two days and I have already received many compliments on my latest jewellery. The service and attention received from Lyndsay through the entire custom made process was outstanding. Gold River Jewellers entire team make purchasing jewellery a pleasurable experience. All of the staff are always friendly, personable and efficient. I look forward to visiting in-store again.

I went in to have a ring repaired, it was an easy process and cheaper than I predicted. The customer service is top notch and I ended up also getting a custom wedding band to fit my budget. Cannot recommend them highly enough

My fiance and I would like to thank the team at Gold River Jewellers for being able to resize my gorgeous bridal set. We had a big drop in size with the ring and other Jewellers said that we would either have to sell the rings, or remake the rings from scratch which would have cost a small fortune. But the team at Gold Rivers were confident; easy to talk too, especially Sales Assistant "Savahna". I first emailed the store with my concerns and Savahna soon responded. Savahna was very welcoming both in her emails and as soon as we walked through the doors of Gold River Jewellers. Thank you Savahna for your kindness and exceptional customer service skills. We took the ring in Friday and they were ready to collect on the Monday. Could not be any more happier with the time frame and affordable price to go with it. We are forever appreciative with the service provided by Gold River Jewellers. Well Done Gold River Team. We are forever grateful. Jeff, thank you for your professionalism, your patience and your knowledge. You really made the whole experience seamless no matter how indecisive I was. In fact, you made it fun lol Now let's talk about the craftsmanship... umm... wow. My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring redone and I get so so many compliments! You aren't jewellers, you're wizards, I am sure of it! and the price is just right! Seriously though. Thank you for being so generous. Would I go back to this jeweller? YES!!
I went to GRJ wanting a ring designed that would be an everlasting tribute to my family……. I experienced a very caring, professional and friendly service by all team members during and after the design process.
