Excellent customer service with thorough product knowledge in helping me select a timeless timepiece for myself. Terrible customer service, putting a quick buck over customer loyalty. When confronted by it on facebook, deleted their star ratings, effectively censoring complaints. Should be able to see the screen cap of the interaction on FB somewhat explaining circumstances and their reply to it all by clicking on the review I think? I can't seem to get it showing just here. Next day is when their ratings vanished.

Came in for a set of wedding rings after seeing 6 other jewelers. Were served by Jacki who was so attentive and professional. She has suggested the best option for us, gave free polish to engagement ring while we waited and we received a special discount off already reduced items! All around great service and couldn't recommend Jacki more.
