I have visited the Pacific Fair store a few times to buy jewllery and to have my jewllery cleaned. Every time I have been, I have experienced exceptional customer service. I have three Tiffany pieces now and every time I have visited the store, I am greeted at the door and receive immediate help. The staff are very knowledgeable with each jewllery piece and I am very thankful to have a Tiffany and Co store close by who have such wonderful staff. Thank you for making each and every experience at this store a positive one! - Meg

Visiting Gold Coast for weekend. Bought a necklace In morning. One of the selling points was to engrave it (only wanted 2 letters). They said it would take 30 mins to an hour and expect a text. After 2 hours of no text and getting over waiting around a shopping centre on a nice day, (and my only full day in gc). Went back and I thought they were quite dosmmisive Telling me to go have a coffee and wait some more. (Less than 30) Writing this from the food court bordering 3 hours later, still no text, there lack of communication for a very small engrave job that could get done outside for 20 dollars is ruining my weekend and making me quite upset. Would strongly advise against shopping here.

The most memorable customer service I ever received. The team are energetic and have a lot of compassion. I will always cherish very first tiffany earrings...This definitely won't be my last moment. Lots of love to the fabulous service from David and Yi. You are amazing!
