We have male and female GP's, Chiropractor, Psychologist, and Practice Nurses.
With pathology next door, a Chemist and X-Ray close by GGP is equivalent to a "Super Clinic"
We are fully accredited with the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited.

Gungahlin General Practice is located at Hinder St. Gungahlin Square, in Gungahlin Town Centre. We are 50 metres up from Hibberson street (not on the corner)

Our managers and receptionists are well resourced to allow efficiencies whilst visiting the practice for care or if followup is required. We are open 7 days per week. Internet appopintment bookings are accessible. We have an in house psychologist and chiropractor. In this General practice our doctor's provide a number of specialist treatments including various minor operations, audiograms, ECG's, IUD management, tongue/lip tie releases, provisions for orthotics, antenatal care, fracture care, wound care, iron infusions, mental health care plus many other services."

Dra Ana Reodica is the most awesome doctor ever. She has been treating us for 10 years now. 5 star rate for her but 2 star for the reception staff Georgia who were answering calls.I have waited for a very long time to get my call answered then she immediately drop my call cause she can’t hear me clearly. So I have to call and wait for long time again. 4 star for Sophie who happens to answer my call on the second time around.
Dr Tim Watson is an angel. After breast cancer in 2007, I went through a hellish experience. First of all, my boss where I worked treated me unfairly after cancer, which causing me suffered severe mental trauma and depression etc. After that, I experienced all kinds of betrayal and persecution by my ex-husband, including domestic violence, divorce, going to courts and so on. In these 15 years, all the people have given up and left me, only Dr Watson always trust me not to give up on me. He helped and supported not only through his medical knowledge, but also help Ed me mentally and spiritually etc. Over the years, my ex-husband tried to cause me commit suicide through various means. He even threatened Dr Tim to try to stop Dr Watson to helping me, but Dr Watson continued to support me and help me in his way. If I hadn't had Dr Watson's support, I would have died. I thank God for bringing me such a good doctor to help me when I needed it.
There was a blonde young female receptionist today morning. As I was paying for my doctor for the session, she reminded me that I had a bill due for my telehealth. I told her that invoice was issued to me via email, and that it had been paid on Thursday. She asked for proof that I made the payment, so I opened my internet banking and showed her the exact payment which came out. But on my app for some reason the BSB and account number wasn't showing. It was paid on Thursday, so I asked if she can wait until Monday then if the practice still didn't get the fee, they could contact me. I've been a regular in this practice for about 5 years. She continued to ask for "proof" that I paid. I passed my phone to her showing the transaction over the counter. She then took my phone, and went to the screen where my whole balance and all my transactions were showing. She then said "oh that was a mistake, can you press 'back screen'". I said "that would again show my transaction history and i'm a bit reluctant to do that", then she raised her voice at me and said "I SAID, THAT WAS A MISTAKE". Not once did she apologise for doing that, whilst my entire financial privacy was compromised. There were about five people waiting behind me, and she continued to make me stand there, demanding I show her some kind of "proof", which I couldn't even do with just my mobile app. I don't know how many times I told her that I couldn't her "proof" at the moment, but she just continued to demand for it with such an attitude at me. My app just wasn't showing for that particular transaction, the banks were closed for the weekend, it's not like she suggested anything, she just kept getting more impatient and upset, demanding for "proof" whilst making me stand there pointlessly the entire time. It was an extremely humiliating experience. The GP practice is where unwell and vulnerable people have to visit when its necessary. Obviously none of us deserve that kind of toxic behaviour, gaslighting and humiliating experience. I hope she finds something more suitable for her and that nobody else needs to go through what I had to.
The doctors are amazing!! It's the receptionists and front of house staff are extremely rude and don't except the 5 staff to serve the 1 customer waiting.
Doctor Tim Watson is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He is the best at what he does. Reception are also very friendly and efficient
I have been going here my whole life, even after i moved out of Gungahlin. I like them, i trust them, the receptionists are always lovely, i never really have to wait too long when i arrive on time to my appointments, and i find their availability to be good!
I booked in my vasectomy with Dr Suran and I was extremely nervous about this procedure but Dr Suran was great through the whole process from start to finish setting my mind at ease with a very caring and gentle approach to the whole situation. He conducted the procedure with excellence and I new I was in good hands the whole time witch set my mind at ease and I left wondering what all my stress was about. “Not all heroes wear capes” The nurse was also very helpful, calm and professional. The reception staff are all very helpful and I thought done there jobs perfect. Great job Gungahlin General Practice.
Amazing receptionist and nurses! They will try to accommodate your requests. Dr. Ana Reodica has been my GP since moving to Australia, she's great at what she's doing and takes her time to explain everything to you. Totally recommend this practice.
Reception was full of staffs busy in themselves, noisy like markets. Worse customer service with rude staffs giving wrong info on price, got charged of $350 just to put steri tape on your wound not a sutures. So surprised to get a phone call from them to come back and pay again as they charge less than they had to before. Excuse was I got charged for Medicare people, but I told them in first place I have my private insurance, so frustrating If anyone have idea it happens tin any other places or just here it's a total ripped off, someone help.
The doctors here are very good, however the practice management unfortunately let the system down. While appointments with the preferred doctor are tough at times up to two weeks!, the practice uses Hot Doc as it's online booking system. It appears to work well most of the time. Recently I had to cancel and appointment and reschedule this was completed the day before the appointment, all appeared fine I received notification that the initial appointment was cancelled and the new one is in place. A week after the initial appointment which was cancelled, I receive a fairly stern letter unsigned just a squiggle with no ownership from the Practice Management stating that I had failed to attend an appointment. Not only have they failed to check their own system, but they have got things wrong. This is how they treat long term customers at this clinic!.
