Dr Sheahan Ranasinghe was excellent. He was thorough and very personable and did a great job job relating to my 11 year old son. I recommend him.
I’ve finally found ‘our’ GP. Dr Ranasinghe is caring, attentive and engaged. Everything that much of our health care system is missing.
Dr. Corina Botan is very kind and thorough. She cares unlike other GPs who don't seem to read their notes so it feels like you're seeing them for the first time every time. Dr. Corina took time to discuss things and she brought up past consultations just to see how I'm doing even though I was there for a completely different reason.
The staff were all so lovely, they were reassuring given the current climate, and we were impressed with how efficient they had their COVID-19 testing site operating. Having waited 8 hours at epic the day before to be turned away it was such a pleasant surprise to find an easy way to be tested. The staff were so friendly and my toddler didn’t even cry when she got swabbed as they’re very gentle. We are very thankful to the team at Lyneham.
All went perfectly. After a short wait I was ushered in to see Jess who explained carefully any potential side-effects and what to do if I became worried with any symptoms. The injection was painless and so far... I have had no pain at all. Very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks to all who have made this possible. We are very lucky!
If you have mental problems, try to avoid this practice. They will very politely making mistakes so you will have the wrong prescription and privately issued Medicine, which means no rebate from Medicare. For a Medicine you normally get for around 40 dollars, you have to pay 150 dollars for it.
I've recently relocated to the ACT after living interstate for a few years. Dr Ranasinghe has been wonderful. Very professional, thorough and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic.
Jess was incredible today! So thorough in reviewing my children’s vaccination records and going more than the extra mile to get their catch up vaccinations scheduled. She even scheduled our CV19 2nd Jabs at another centre. . Thank You Jess
Doctors are great. But, it takes way too long for them to answer the phone. Most of the time it is upwards of 30 minutes.
A seamless procedure. Very efficient and friendly reception. Waiting room ideal for vaccinations - airy, clean, uncluttered, well-spaced seating. Nurse, Meg, was equally efficient, skilled, friendly, informative, encouraged questions - a positive visit all round. John Clanchy & Brigid Ballard
