This one star is for the reception, any hours of the day, the reception is closed. You simply cannot reach any of them. Might just don’t turned up for appointment since there is no way to inform them.
DR David was fantastic. I was in a bad way with both eyes, and was about to hand in my drivers license. Over 3 months both eyes were corrected - fantastic manner, expert advise, and loved the music during surgery. They tell me he is the best.
Very rude receptionist called Kim, who claims not to have received a fax when the transmission report clearly says "OK" and then claims not to have Email?? Not a good look for Dr. David.
Reassuring, highest professional standards in consultation, surgery and follow up.
